Title: nothing loads error

i just downloaded the game installed it it said it is installed. i restarted my computer and and it sais

this application has failed to start because Open AL32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

i re-installed it and the same thing happens.

i use the updater and it sais

the updaterinfo.xml file is marked as inactive and will not work. please get another one.

what do i do

i have read most of the other posts and downloaded the openAL32.dll and pasted it in and when i try to rune the game it sais

the procedure entry point alcGetString could not be located in the dynamic link library OpenAL32.dll.

what do i do and i try to run the updator and the same prob as before pops up
