Title: 4.001 problem

iv'e got a problem with trying to get on, whenever i try to get on to the game it says EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at 00AC88

ive got windows. the farthest iv'e ever gone in the loading was before i could even log in.


what do i do???
