Title: Client+Updater reports server down?

I had planeshift installed on my PC a LONG time ago, and decided to re-install it. However, after re-installing, the updater never successfully downloads a patch (runs out of mirrors), and it fails to connect when i try to ping the server. The client also says "failed" next to the server name. It's been like this for the last couple of days, so it must not be the server. any help would be appreciated.

Windows Vista Home Premium
Cable Internet
Tested with firewall off and on, no difference.

What version of PS are you trying to run?

This is visible in the top left of the login screen. You should be using version 0.4.01.
