Title: Some training difficulties

Hello!

I like to train my mining skill, it is at level 0 ate the moment. Do I first have to go to a trainer or can I start mine to improve my skill? I don't understand the different lines with their different colors which are next to a skill if I go to a trainer. Where is the difference between buying a skill and buying a skill level?

Sorry for all those maybe dumb questons but I'm completely new in the game and it's very confusing for me.

replace "hydlaa.com" with "hydlaaplaza.com"
