Title: I Jumped Off The Curb and Died!

Just as the title implies...I was running down the Ojaveda road back to Hydlaa, I jumped on a flat surface with full health, and suddenly dropped dead...the size of a curb, and that jump killed me. Not even expecting it, and boom. Is this a known bug at all?
