Title: server goes down every five minutes

I'm trying to play this game but I spent 20 minutes trying to create a character. Now I finally made one but the server is still going down a lot, is this normal? or is there a way to fix this issue?

Really? It's been up quite a while lately. It just crashed maybe an hour ago, but now it's stable.

yeah it just randomly says that it losses connection

are you using a wireless connection?  try moving closer to the base station? 

sounds like its something on your end and not the server.

Look at the graphs to see the average availability over time.
