Title: Need Help!!

When I try to run planeshift everything is fine untill it loads the map. Then about halfway through it says an error has occored should it save diagnostic file. No matter what I say It shuts off. and happens every time.

what are your system stats? what map are you loading? have you tried to load an alt to see if another character can load the game? have you run the updater?
