Title: I can't update

I can't update  :@#\ I have downloaded the updateinfo.xml and the new updated but i still can't update it said wrong md5checksum any idea ?

Note:1-sorry for making 2 topic with the same problem
        2-Maybe it's my internet connetion

wrong checksum means that it has to update something, that is _normal_
