Title: client tells me fragnetics server is down, but it's not

I am running PlaneShift Steel Blue ( I have also downloaded the updater patch) on Microsoft Windows Vista. My computer is a Compaq Presario Laptop with 2gb RAM, an nVidia graphics card, and an AMD Turion 64-bit Dual-core proccessor. I am using wireless internet. When i open the client, it tells me the fragnetics server 'failed', but according to planeshift.fragnetics.com, the server is running just fine. I have already registered an account, why can't i login?

what version of the client are you running? do you have a firewall? do you have pretty good connection to your wireless network?

nortan personal firewall
decent internet connection (3 bars out of 5)
Steel Blue 4.0.01

make sure your firewall allows planeshift to connect on port 7777, also if you do that and have no connection still get closer to the router and increase the bars on your wireless connection.

my firewall is set to allow psclient.exe to access the internet. I don't know about this whole 'port 7777' business
