Hi,
First of all I have to admit that I'm trying to get PS running on a system definitely below the official requirements...
My system: Pentium III 866MHz, 256 MB RAM, Matrox G450 (16MB), Xubuntu 8.04
So if anyone can say for sure that this is not enough, stop reading here and tell me...
Otherwise:
Installing went fine with all the help and how-tos... all I have to take care of is to run everything out of the terminal, for some reason pssetup crashes the complete system when start from X...
Well, and when trying to start psclient I get the following output:

So, is that the max I can get out with my sub-standard system? Or do I need to check something else?

if i am reading this right you have a 16mb graphics card? you need atleast 64 better yet 128+ to play this game.
