Title: NPCs not available for combat

Everytime I try to attack an NPC, I get a message that the NPC is impervious to attack.  I realize this has to do with the NPC client being down, but how long will it be down?  It was down for several days this past week, then came back on and everything was fine for a day, now it is down again.  What is going on?  It is very hard to progress your character without combat.

Remember this game is still in heavy development. There are bugs and some take longer then others to find and fix. Also not all devs have access to the server to check on things and they do have a real life as well. Also please search the tracker many posts have  been made on this issue and most are locked for a reason.
