Title: psclient crashes

when i started PS i got a error message that said "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at 0071009A". it asked me if i wanted to save a dmp file witch i did, but i don't know if you need it or not? If so then How should i get it to you? I don't see a way to attach it here in the forum. ???

it might not hurt to tell us what you were doing when you crashed and your system stats as well.

nothing! i click on the exe and screen gos black then the error. :o

I know i meet the minimum system requirements. but i dont know where to get my full system stats. ::|
