Please help me i have tried reinstalling the game, making a new account on my windows XP and such but i still get this error when i tr to update i downloaded the dll but i cant update the drivers still :( . please help

Make sure the updater runs to completion.

But it will not complete, it always stop at the same spot

I had the exact same prob the solution is to download the weapon.zip file manual and place it in the right PS folder  

http://www.planeshift.it/updater/files/data/art/things/weapons.zip

once you\'ve downloaded the file and placed it in the right folder then the updater should skipp it (do not unzip the file)
