Title: Web based IRC chat

I would like to see a Web based irc chat added to the PlaneShift website like mibbit maybe http://www.mibbit.com/, http://wiki.mibbit.com/index.php/Enable_Mibbit_on_Your_IRC_Server

we already have links to several irc clients from the main site, also considering only one person talad can edit it, i dont see this happening anytime soon. Also i dont know if planeshift.it or hydlaa.com can support a cgi irc client.

on the very very few times i have needed to get on irc, i connected to it just fine through the many free browser based irc clients available.
