Every time i try patching this game  ?( it does thisevery time and i do not know what else to do. please help thank you :))

Have you tried reinstalling the game completely and then patching it?

Yes i have tried everything i Uninstalled the game deleted the game folder deleted the register key then i reinstalled it and then up the updated file into the game folder then tryed to update it and it d/l 3 files then it gets to this one and it goes 50% completed then it get the Error message that it will not complete and when i restart the update it does the same thing over and over none stop
