Title: How to start a guild?

I'm not asking how to do the process but rather what's a good way to advertise for a guild on the darker side of things in an IC fashion given that there isn't a criminal notice board or anything.

There's a rogue camp and death realm message board. Try those, see what you get.

My advice is to first roleplay in-game and find friends who would like to join the guild IC. After having founded the guild with this basic team, you can start looking for more people and advertise on message boards and such. I think that especially evil guilds should have a stable "non-mercenary" core first but this is just my opinion.
