This fix worked for me.

Any idea if the devs have a fix yet?

This is quite obviously a programming problem in windoze.

Also, every time I click OK, (or in any other way exit pssetup.exe) I get a windoze error--not really a problem just annoying.

I tried to do so but the problem is still there. When I try to run psclient it says that OpenAL32.dll wasn't found... I can't do nothing till a fix this problem.
