Title: I CAN'T GET INTO ANY SERVER OR CREATE ANY CHARECTER

i tried many times for a long while to connect to the server and to create a charecter. when i say to connect or upload to charecter on planeshift.fragnetics.com, it says that it the server is not running or can\'t reach the server... help anyone?? ?(
