Title: Cannot Connect

I have been trying to connect for 3 days,I create my character but thats as for as I get,nothing happens after that will not connect,keeps saying the server is down...Can anyone help me???

Also how do U know what server U are connecting to?

me too except i can\'t even create a charecter becuase of the same problem

I don\'t know why it\'s down, but it\'s been down for most of today (April the 22nd).

No-one on IRC seems to know what went wrong, how serious it is or when the server is coming up.

Additionally, I have no control over it, I\'m probably newer to this game than you are.

hey folks,

I don\'t know why the server is down, either, but the char creation problem must be something else, because the server was up until this morning.

I even played this morning (until breakfast) then the server wasn\'t reachable anymore (not even the machine in the network).

A few hours later at least you could see it again on the net. Neither the webservices (statistics) nor the game is available until now.
I hope its no major damage, but crashes happen sometimes....
...if that\'s the case they hopefully have a recent backup, the sponsors don\'t say a new server costs too much...;)

I\'ve had trouble connecting today also, and when I went to go see the server status, i got this for the first time:

a new server would be nice :) ...might also solve the lag problem ...mmmm, no lag in planeshit :]

while we\'re at it, what does the server run on? and which OS?

i\'ve never been able to play.  everytime i try to hook up i get \"server is down or unavailable\"  what gives?

hey,

today the server was and is up (I\'ve played this morning).8)

And on the server page it sais \"Installing\" for the europe server, so maybe a server is already planned there...;)
