Title: How to configure?

I download is Windows (32 bit) , But the run-time error prompted configuration!!

All Error Like this:

D：\Planeshift\pssetup.exe
我下载的是WIN版的，但是运行的时候提示：由于应用程序配置不正确，应用程序未能启动。重新安装应用程序可能会纠正这个问题。

D：\Planeshift\psclient.exe

I don't know Chinese, but that looks like a generic Windoze error message.  What it says is that it failed to start up and reinstalling might fix the thing.  Is there anything more informative that it gives you?
