Title: Can't connect!

When I try to create a character, it says I can\'t connect and when I try to connect, it says there was a problem with my account! Can someone email me with any solution? ;(

Well, I\'m not too sure, but other people seem to be having this problem too.  You probably just wanna double check you have the server set to the right one... planeshift.fragnetics.com . If I read the solution in another post, I\'ll edit this one with it.

I think I have that addy..could it be because I have cable..or DSL..I forgot which.

Do you have a firewall that might not be letting you connect?
