I just read the most wonderful thread http://hydlaa.com/smf/index.php?topic=8861.90 and I would love to do something like it again.
Here is what I propose:
First off I would like you to help me choose the categories to nominate your favorites in. Once that is decided and agreed upon. I would have people PM me to tally up the votes in the different categories and post them here for you to see.
So let me know what you think so we can acknowledge our favorites. It should be fun.

maybe somehow you could get the people incharge :whistling: to set up a poll like thing for each polling thing after nominations and put the people who get a certain number of nominations in the poll......... ¿do they have the ability to put polls? :-\
(maybe i should add some more smilies and then suggest we vote for person who uses the most :) 's )

Anyway, I'm the self-proclaimed most charismatic, so put me up.

Then if these questions surfice. PM me with your answers and I will get you the results. How about we start now and end it on December 12 midnight GMT time. That gives everyone a chance to vote. Remember to state the question and name your choose so I know what name goes to what question.

Is it just one choice per category or 3? I peeked at one of the other threads and they had 3 people per category.

I was actually considering re-doing these if you all are up for it. I have some GREAT categories along with the old ones. I can make a whole new thread, etc. for it.

It works best to do as before:
1: Nominate first for this thread in private.
2: Post the top nominees (3 or 4) in a new thread. List the names randomly.
3: Have people send votes in private on the top three people in each category.
4: Post a new thread with the winners.
Do not start with voting.

yeah thats what I meamt heh. Anyways here are some fun categories:
Girliest Wildman: for that powerleveler or tough guy you love to hate.
Innocent Bystander: name sums it up.
PlaneShift's Luke Skywalker: for that all-time just plain out good guy
The "UGFitARBaRE" award: define this how you please. It is in fact an acronym

Below are the categories of which you can vote on. You may vote on all of them or just a few. If you have more then one person for the category then nominate them. Everyone can vote; Players, GM's, Mods, Testers and Developers.

Mord is just trying to say that some staff members do more than one thing. For example many devs are alo moderators, some gamemasters are also devs, ..., ... :)

i vote for all u devs, gms , mods and old old players:D. I still look in on the forums. But not well to be able to play much for last year. Hopefully once i a better i can get back in. Seriously all u old players who still in the game and all the gms devs and mods... get urself teleported to a mirror server for a private event lol. Best gift ur can give urselves. see u all online someday.
