You can now dl the latest skin. Use svn clint to check out the followind ulrs:
https://planeshift3dmod.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/planeshift3dmod/blacgdogspark/skins/skin3/gui
https://planeshift3dmod.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/planeshift3dmod/blacgdogspark/skins/skin3/TheOrganisationBlackEdition.zip
TheOrganisationBlackEdition.zip goes to skins folder and the gui goes to data folder. REMEMBER TO BACKUP YOUR ORGINAL GUI FOLDER.
