Title: Glitch

When I was in the library I fell into a glitch above the stairs. Now I can´t move and I´m stuck. Could I do something about it or do I have to start the game all over again?

Try using "/unstick" several times. If it doesn't work, you can type "/die" and this will send you to the Death Realm and you will have to find the exit. Or type "/who game master" and see if there are GMs online to move you.
