Title: Merrinez quest not working?

hi, have been trying to do the Merrinez quest (Oja) but does not seem to be working. Any info appreciated. Thanks :)

It's possible that someone else did the quest recently, so everyone else will be locked out of it until an unknown period of time has passed.

If you've done the quest before, you won't be able to do it again.

It's also possible that you're not giving the right trigger for the quest.  Not all quests are triggered by "Give me a quest".
