Title: Windows XP + Fails to start

I've tried redownloading and everything but for some reason, when I install planeshift and click the PSCLIENT icon I get this message. "application has failed to launch becuase the application configuration is incorrect." it says that for all the icons except uninstall. Please help, I really wanna play :'(
