Title: Crash when hitting walk arrow

I've tried searching but didnt find anytthing. So im wondering if anyone can help me, i have a Macbook PRO 10.11.14, i created a character and when i get into the world i can type and anything but as fast as i move myself it ends up crashing.

what graphics card do you have? please post in the mac forum next time please read:
