Title: persistent and serious graphics problem on ppc

I have had this since the last couple of 4.0.X (> (4.0.0 or 4.0.1)) versions.
I have not yet read a report about it, and here is a screenshot:

I have tried disabling texture compression, and both shaders, but to no avail
TechSpecs: ibook G3 800 MHz, ati rageM7 32mb, OS 10.4.11, 640MB SDRAM, ps_client 4.0.3 (fully updated)

Thread was locked (understandably so I guess) so I could not reply.
Thank you for your quick answer Caarrie, indead that bug filing is
exactly what I was looking for.

Btw. it seems to be fixed for me at the moment,
i.e. so far no amount of restarting, modifying texture compression,
shaders or removing of config-files has had any positive effect,
whereas the bug used to display an erratic behviour in previous
versions.
