Title: Jeyarp wont buy or sell

Hi, I'm trying to buy something of Jeyarp but he says "sorry i can not buy or sell anything at this time". Kivendel suggested I set /trade as a hot key but this doesn't seem to help

if this is a quest contact rizin quest spoilers are not allowed on the forum. otherwise please explain in more detail what the issue is.

yes it's a quest. But there is really not much more to it than that....unless the quest involves him refusing to buy or sell (but it didnt seem like it because thats all he said)

He sometimes needs to be given the money in single trias (but all at once)
