Title: Dark wanderer wants messenger bag Quest.

Hello, ive been asking ingame on the help bit but havent got a reply yet.
Im doing the quest called Dark wanderer wants messenger bag, i had a ingame friend doing the quest at the same time as me so i know i have to say 'about bag', it worked for him but fails to work for me?.
i got one replay from a adviser but he just said try figure it out for myself, said it was a spoiler to help me. But its not a spoiler if i already know what to say hey?
Either way ive been stuck with it for a week now, every time i go back there the same thing happens, ive tryed useing capatil letters, i tryed stuff like About Messenger Bag, messenger bag, about bag, about messenger bag, about the bag everything??

Please help.
