Title: Can't log in

Can I have a step by step process on how to play the game? I can't get it to work. I downloaded it and saved it to my desktop, then used the updater and let it update, but when I click on the thing I saved to the desktop it is the installer. How do i actually play the game? Am I not meeting some sort of requirement that I don't know about?

what are your system stats and what is the exact name of what you downloaded and what you are clicking on?

what system stats are you talking about? Like Ram and whatnot? Also what number of what? Updated to?

1. not exactly sure, but if my computer doesn't have the capacity for the game it is junk. I can play all other games also. I can play games like Shaiya and Last Chaos so just guessing I could play this [Please note that I do not have Shaiyo nor Last Chaos on my computer right now so the space shouldn't be a problem] I would bet on say 512 MB RAM

2. It says 1.10 for Win32, but I can't figure out how to update more. It just says Press Enter to Exit.

3. I am clicking on the Desktop Item "Planeshift" but it does not have a specific picture it is just a little computer screen and green arrow suggesting that it is just the installer that is saved on my desktop. Not the actual game.

sounds like you have downloaded the game ran the installer and ran the updater, do you have the psclient.exe on your system anywhere? it should be in the start menu. also yes those that you listed are what are considered system stats, and since this game is in development it tends to have higher requirements then most commercial finished games so listing things like your graphics card, ram and such will help us to know if you can play the game and if not what things you can try to get the game running if it can be.

try finding the game you installed, not the installer. I play LC also, and after i downloaded the installer and installed it I had to find the .exe to run the actual game.  Planeshift is no different.  Running the installer over and over does not get you closer to playing.

Where did you tell the installer to install it?  look there and then run it.

If you're using Wndows, look into the Start Menu for PlaneShift. That's where you can start the game up, as well as the updater.

The install is most likely under "C:\Program Files\PlaneShift Steel Blue"
