Title: Bug report guide and Bugreport process flow link error

The bugtracker page (http://www.hydlaaplaza.com/flyspray/) contains 404 Not found errors For the following links
Bug report guide
Bug report process flow
Also the email address for the webmaster is returned


example page:
404 Not Found
The server can not find the requested page:

www.hydlaaplaza.com/flyspray/bugguide.html (port 80)
Please forward this error screen to www.hydlaaplaza.com's WebMaster.

known issue acraig has been contacted to fix this.

the process.pdf guide is not updated to how all things are done with the current testing team and devs.
the bugguide.html has not been updated to how things are done with the current testing team and devs, it is a good guide though to how somethings are done.

I fixed it with the above links, and hope to update it soon with a more up-to-date version.
