Title: The Organisation's Organisation of a Fair

the  organisation's organising again
we the organisation wish to organise a fair in the plaza for sunday evening next [between 19:00 and 23:00 GMT]
on show we will have :a weapons stall,crafting stall
#also we hope to organise competitions fo the main attraction[20:00-21:00]numbers permitting such as:
#spot/cash prize for most attractive stall set up
#"fashion show"[for most attractive/racially suitable IC descriptions]
#duel tournament
#possibly,a raffle with tickets sold[will,mostlikely,be drawn by dice roll]
we would also like to petition to all merchants,fighter,fashionista's and fellow clans to try and get this working
[any volunteers please send me a tell]

so that's hydlaa plaza,[19:00-23:00] with events between [20:00-21:00] all finance's are self provided and the organisation does not acceot responsiblity for money/item loss or bad turn-outs
[i apologise if this interefere's with any planned events please inform(tell) me of any reccomended changes]

A good idea, however, you might want to elaborate on the contents a bit more. Furthermore, I don't think all caps is required for the title. Good luck with this. Besides, this seems like a duplicate from the Hydlaa Message Board. Was that really necessary?

well how so ?all recommendations welcome (this is my first try organising an event)
fees/prizes have yet to be decided what would be fair?
but all competitions (apart from the duelling obviously) will be decided on public vote,numbers permitting
possibly,by placing a book with your vote/s at each entrant and tallying the numbers
and I intended the caps to be a billboard-esque headline which i feel is apt

[well i'm unsure just how popular the hydlaa message board is and i'm basically doing this single handed as yet,but if a mod has any objections please feel free to delete this
also, i have been placing notices around hydlaa(in book form) if ,once again, anyone has a problem feel free to remove them]i'm basically feeling my way with this so any comments are welcomed]
