Title: Cannot access the game

Ok I just finished the tutorial and as soon as the xargon guy teleported me to the main world just as the world loaded before I could do anything a error message came up saying:

Something unexpected happened in planeshift: steel blue
Details: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at 69656914

I have vista home premium nothing should be wrong with the internet connection and or firewall someone please help! X-/

I'm a computer noob so this is all I could find hope it helps...:

Processor:   AMD Phenom(tm) 9100e Quad-Core Processor 1.80 GHz

Memory (RAM):    4.00GB

System type:      64-bit Operating System

Thats what I could find tell me if you need more and I'll dig deeper
