Title: Exception Access Violation at 697352CF. Need help!

everytime I try to play the game this message pops up right before i join the game. I have no idea what to do can anyone help me?

AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual core 22.1ghz,
1gb ram, Ati radeon x1300/x1500

ive fixed it by looking at other forums but now it freezes right before i join the game

yeh thats what got rid of the violation but it still freezes and notice my character is twitching at the char selection screen and then after i click join and it freezes once it tries to connect
