Go to different NPCs and find out for yourself.  That's part of the game.

yes,But also these simple questions are IC and should be used in-game with other characters :oops: :-X

As far as game features, all prices for NPC's are static currently. A more complex economy system is will develop with time, where modifiers such as charisma and faction points are considered.
