one more problem I overlooked yesterday when the system WAS working, I couldn't get through the tutourial because I never knew what to type to learn what they wanted to teach me, I got as far as saying 'hi' to the first tutor and then everything went downhill

try to search before making posts and read http://www.hydlaaplaza.com/smf/index.php?topic=30436.0 if that does not help try deleting your character and starting over.
