Title: Can\'t update, nor register a character. Help.

As I start the updater.exe, i get an error message saying something like \"Can\'t find procedure starting point HrLanConnectionNameFromGuidOrPath from the library netman.dll- Same error message I get when trying to create my character or try to connect to the server. What should be done to fix this problem?
