Hello, my character has lvl 11 of Red Way(will) and Dark Way(charisma). I have 80 points of will and 99 of charisma and 50 INT.
When attacking monsters with flame burst, for example, the damage I deal to them is ridiculous. While with a sabre I can deal 10% of the life of a Tefusang, with a flameburst I only deal 1% or 2%, and I have lvl 2 of sword and 40 STR. I've also thought that maybe flame burst is a weak spell, so I got the Meteor Glyph in order to try to get some new and powerful spells, but always I fail finding more spells.
What I am doing bad and how can I deal more damage (I think that 80 will is not so weak...)? If I only centrate myself in Red way, it is worth it learning some INT? What is the use of int? Could I learn more spells in the dark way if I increase the INT?
Greetings

magic system is weak at low level (and still weak at hight lvl from my point) and you can find some spell before you reached some lvl

Don't worry, you are not doing anything wrong.
Spells are still in a very early stage, and unbalanced when they work. Some spells do really hurt, but at the highest levels, and 11 is very far from it. So if you really want to use them for fighting big things, you've got a lot of training to do.
For the stats, train the ones connected to the Way you want to improve, like CHA for the Dark Way. You still won't do big damage until you reach high skill levels though.

So, for now, if you are beginning, learning magic is not worth it?
PD: Thanks for all replies

It shows fancy effects. When they work :)
Also, I have heard complains that magic is too powerful too :), but that is mainly in PvP I think

Learning magic is worth it for a few reasons already. Amongst them, not all spells are for fighting. And even in fights, spells currently are the only ranged attack, so it is useful once in a while.

Electro-Touch is melee I believe.
