open your shortcut  ".....\psclient.exe" and add -cfgset=PlaneShift.UserConfigPath=C:\PlaneShift Steel Blue

should look like this:
"C:\Program Files\PlaneShift Steel Blue\psclient.exe" -cfgset=PlaneShift.UserConfigPath=C:\PlaneShift

it will create a folder where your logs, configs, screenshots etc are saved in. (always disliked the new location =P)

no idea how to solve your problem directly though.  :-X

I believe by default in Windows XP the logs and screenshots are saved in:

C:\Documents and Settings\YOURUSENAME\Application Data\Planeshift\Logs and C:\Documents and Settings\YOURUSENAME\Application Data\Planeshift\Screenshots

In Vista and Windows 7 (my Windows 7/openSUSE dual-boot box died and I'm on XP at the moment) it should be in C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Planeshift\

As for sound, I'd check to make sure that you have sound enabled in the PlaneShift setup program.

It's actually located in C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\PlaneShift\

Make sure that you can view hidden directories as AppData is a hidden directory, else just go into the C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME then double click in the file location address bar and add \AppData, That should take you to the AppData from where you can browse to the directory as indcated above.

I belive I'm not making my self clear... I am at the Ps folder, but the logs or the screenshots are not there! the folder or whatever is suppose to hold the screenshots dont exist!, besides with my Sound problem everytime I log the master sound is in the lowest, and even if I put it high still not sound.

And hidden files can be seen!

That isn't the right folder, which is what we were trying to say.  Planeshift does not put its logs or screenshots in the main program folder.

esta es la ruta
aqui:
C:\Documents and Settings\Eq\Datos de programa\PlaneShift
-cambia eq, por tu nombre de usuario en windows-

regarding the sound, i dont know, but maybe check your volume control system, has an icon next to date, down-right corner, and put all the sliders up to maximun
