hi,
i searched the forums and found some bugs that look a little bit like mine, none of the solutions posted worked for me.
mainly the bugs are, seeing through buildings, glitchy rendering, HOM effects, popup drawing and weird texture rendering
my system specs are :
Lenovo T61
Windows XP pro
Intel centrino duo
video :
mobile intel 965 express chipset family
i updated the drivers to the latest ones available

from the looks of the images, I want to say the drivers aren't supporting OpenGL properly still.
what does the driver say you are using, and how did you go about seeing if the drives were up to date?
-
hi neko, thanks for the reply
the exact driver version is :
provider : Intel Corporation
date : 21-10-2008
version : 6.14.10.5002
signer : Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility Publisher
i updated the drivers by downloading the latest update from the lenovo site. i first tried to download them directly from intel, but the installer gave me an error telling these drivers would not work and i should use the site of my computer manufacturer to update the drivers. so i did.

Latest driver from Intel is 6.14.10.5029 so either poke Lenovo or try to dl from intel again
-
i downloaded the zip instead of the installer and manually installed the latest driver from intel
21-1-2009
6.14.10.5029
i'll see if it makes any difference

fingers crossed

unfortunatly i had no success with this.
some minor things are better, like i used to see a square around flames. But the big glitchy stuff is still there. I even saw some things i did not see before, espacially HOM effects.
any other players on a Lenovo T61 with intel 965 chipset ?

I know this is an old thread but I have a solution if you still dealing with this issue, pukor_
I have a T61 as well.
I do not recommend installing the intel drivers.
you have to turn off the thinkpad driver protection thing. Its either in BIOS or whatever comes up when you hit the blue button during startup. Then you will be able to get the intel one to work.
