Title: problem launching the game

hi guys . i decided to install planeshift following the instruction for windows vista . i installed the game not in program files , i opened updaterinfo xml with word pad but i couldn't find the line <config active=''false''> . then i updated the game and when i launched psclient , when connecting , the pc got blocked . how can i do to enter the game ? thanks

i'm not understanding what you mean by blocked.

does the program open and then simply say "failed" next to the servers in the list?  have you checked to see if windows firewall, or your connection to the internet is not blocked udp port 7777?

the program didn't say 'failed' . simply , i couldn't move the mouse or do something anymore . i didn't check the firewall , i'll do it , thanks

edit: i checked now the firewall , it isn't activated

what is your video card, and what is the driver date it is running?

my video card is mobile intel 945 GM . i think that the problem is that there isn't in the updaterinfo xml file the line config active=''false'' , so i can't change it into config active=''true'' .

go to intels website and get the latest video drivers for your video card, install those and try it again.  pretty sure its a vid card drivers issue.
