Title: planeshift is crashing on me all the time

Several times during my time in Ylialkum (hope i spelled that right) the client has crashed on me.  I have output from a terminal if you wish to read it. I have the latest version of planeshift 0.4.03. An nvidia GeForce 8500 GT GPU, AMD Phenom x4 processor.

looks like you are using linux. The only suggestion to work around that problem is building a new client on your own: http://planeshift.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/planeshift/trunk/docs/compiling.html
unfortunately the bug you are experiencing was an uninitialized variable on the crystal space engine which is now fixed

yeah with a game such as this that changes by the day, I really should compile it myself.  One question though, is the mysql server necessary?

Soon as i get dressed, I'll start the adventure of svn'ing planeshift. :lol:
