Greetings
I have looked a bit through since I (recently) begun to play but saw nothing like this:
the possibility to speak in the main tab (visible by everybody around) but to a specific person, with clicking on him, like for the emotes.
Like this, when in a crowded place, it would help to know who speak to who, and prevent to be too messy.
It would be useful in taverns for instance and would help for RP (fools could speak to objects and monsters etc.)
-
um, if im reading this right, just say/me tells name i think your idea was good bladdy bla

Yes, you're right. My point was to shorten its use (like emotes), as, to take me as an example I sometimes have to speak to several customers in the tavern. It would quicken answers and interactions.
As a rule I use "/me blab bla" but it would be more practical.

1- next release will have channels (up to 10) joinable
2- you can enable tell in the main tab and do it :)

Terrific ! Thanks ! \\o//

With tell, it will not be readable by anybody around, no ?
I didn't mean the text to be private, but to help people understand who speak to who.

Channels ? How does that work ?

no they won't. well it would still mix if it was in main except if you do things like /me looks at x "hello" which essentially would be the same

/join channelname then use /1 /2 /3 /4 depending on the number of the channel
