Title: Models are extremely undetailed and black
Post by: Timmothy Perriwinkle on August 07, 2009, 03:31:53 am
Pardon the fact that I know this is a duplicate thread. I've definitely seen more than one before, but the search function on this forum is so useless I just wasted my time with it :)

Anyway, currently I've gotten open GL and stuff working on my Intel GMA950, and I can actually get video ingame, but it's all black and such, as shown below

you should post informations also about the video card setting, the applications you use mesa/xorg/intel drivers. recent changes if it's a recent situation, distro etc. also check you don't have texture downscaling to max

Something like that happened to me on Windows when I didn't have the up to date graphic card drivers.

I'm using the git versions of everything related to graphics--it's the only way I could even get video to work.

But I really don't think this is a driver problem on account of walktest running flawlessly =\

The log output doesn't seem to show anything abnormal though =\
