Title: Both servers failed?

I have a question: I have checked the "server page" and it says that 66 users are currently on the server but yet the server is failing? How can a server fail with only 66 people on it seriously. I have been trying to get in to the game to set up my character since yesterday and every time I try to log in it says the servers have failed. It did not matter what time of day I tried to get in or how many users were on the server it would not let me in. I know that everything on my computer is okay as far as system requirements as well as all software and updates required so now I am at a loss. Anyone? ???

is port 7777 blocked?
it often is because its over 7k, but unblock it and try again

udp port.  not tcp port btw  :)
