Title: Double Handed Mining

It was just a thought, but I was thinking that it ought to be possible to not only equip a rock pick in both hands (as you can do at the moment), but have them both effective when mining. Maybe have that so it only kicks in at say, level 10 mining and above.

Also, you can obtain a Master Crafted Rock Pick in game, but I was thinking it would be good if it was possible to craft your own picks, so you could have a q300 pick, that maybe has a better chance when mining?

Seriously, have you ever handled a pick? It is a two-handed beast. The only reason you can equip two in the first place is because the system is not set up (nor has animations for) holding anything in both hands.

Don't you realize that it's perfectly normal for half-sized beings to go around dual-weilding rock picks and beating on the ground like Legolas slashing the crap out of Orcs?

actually it has a special both hands slot it's art which has to pickup (and the thing should be also tested)

He's right. Even a Kran wouldn't be able to use two picks effectively. It's a nice thought though :)

earthquake glyph combined with separation glyph helps alot. it chops the rock and separates the platinum from it.

They also don't know we can sing love ballads, dance, brawl while using six mining picks at a time. This all requires a special liquid from a master craftsmen.
