Title: Confused. Char banned for a year???

Ok so i go to log in with my char Gunterr whom i use mainly as an alt.  When i try to join it says i have been banned for a year because i used a money exploit.  No Gm contacted me about this nor did i ever use a money exploit or even receive money from an exploit.  If a GM or someone would please explain to me what is going on i would much appreciate it.

Oh and one more note, i'm the only one that knows the password and e-mail address for that char.

Thanks GM Team for helping straighten things out. Especially Weltall and Roberra who were very helpful.  Gunterr is now active again :)
