I've come up with an idea to write a dictionary of sorts, and i was wondering if the PSwiki was official, and if so, should i consider it OOC knowledge? My idea was to write a dwarven language dictionary using the compiled works by Arka.
I have no intention of stealing his/her work, but I'd like a little help with the technicalities. My character is a stonebreaker, so obviously has knowledge of the old language, and has the means/intelligence to write a dictionary, but i guess my question is, does Arka's list count as a book, and i should give the proper acknowledgment when i write the book IG.
Thoughts please. Thanks.

As long as it's realistic for your character to actually possess that knowledge, you can go ahead. Of course some credit to Arka would be nice ;)

of course credit would be in order, but i was wondering how I could go about it, considering Arka wrote it on the PSwiki, and my character doesn't personally know Arka.

No credit is necessary. If the language is IC knowledge, then you write the dictionary, don't bother with OOC credits.

Pff, no one will yell at you if you put [Thanks to Arka for compiling this list of words!] at the bottom of the in-game book.
