Title: Forum access recently unreliable

Often during the last few days the access to the forums was not possible for me for a brief time (usually a timeout, even after several reloads). Is there any proof that it was down for brief periods of time, or is it my ISP who is not able to find a route each day?

not here except my router has dns trouble since some times but it's only the problem with it as using opendns fixes the issues (and strangely this forum resolves always)
